A bit about Cameron Whitley:
Cameron started his masters in pastoral ministry a few years ago at the Iliff School of Theology, but left school in 2005 after the United Methodist Judicial Council’s decision (1032) that UMC pastors have the authority to decide who is acceptable as a church member, meaning they could reject (outright) members who were open about their sexual orientation. In spite of this, he has always felt called to pastoral care/counseling and ministry, and is excited to offer his skills to the Sanctuary Collective.
